Mayor Nenshi talks about diversity in neighbourhoods and mixed housing

This is good insight into new and pretty neighbourhoods vs. neighbourhoods that grew organically.  Mayor Nenshi talks about realtors really being the people who help craft our neighbourhoods, with the information we give to our buyers, and really understanding how certain areas grow etc... This is a good example of Montgomery in how it's growing due to it's inner city location with options to walk, bike and drive depending on the circumstances.  Mayor Nenshi and the city of calgary seem to have good insight into how we deal with adding 20-30,000 people to our City every year.
