I'm looking for a couple of properties for Buyers 1 in Garrison Woods a 2 St premium Brownstone Condo around 700k that could use some touchups

It seems like in certain segments of the market there is a shortage of listings essentially.  One of these areas is Certainly "Garrison Woods".  The inner sanctum down to Flanders south, and north to 33rd Ave  and West to 20th Street is kind of the epi-centre of the area.  Some of the Brownstone condo's in there are just starting to show a bit of age from 10-12 years ago and some are Finished Impeccably.  I have a Buyer right now, who is waiting for something in there, that would likely need some work, to build value.  If you know of a home or are thinking about listing, please let me know.
