Loads of activity on the 172 Rockywood park NW listing

Including an offer after being 2 days on the market. Some buyers still have a perception that it's a buyers market. Far from it.  I always have to laugh out loud when someone quotes city of Calgary assessment values, based on figures from June of last year as some sort of basis of Market values. This is usually an indication that you need to compare properties that are actually marketed, instead of comparable sales over a year ago that gets affixed a taxation value.  In an active market as a buyer you have to decideif you want to buy a property or not.
