Possession day for a seller means in Alberta the seller gets his/her money typically electronically wired to them through their lawyer, lots of behind the scenes activities and with lawyers, parallegals etc couriers, and eventually realtors being told that keys are releasable and authorize the keys to be released to the buyers and their realtors.
