Couple of interesting things we are noticing in Calgary

It seems as though we are a city of multiple layers for sure, depending on the area, and price point there are different things going on. In some segments there have only been 3 sales in the past 6 months from 900-1.2M whereas in other segments from 400-600k there have been 52 sales in the same time frame. How many buyers are out there for your specific Home? It's a good question that is more complex, especially in an upward adjusting market.
