Couple of interesting things we are noticing in Calgary

It seems as though we are a city of multiple layers for sure, depending on the area, and price point there are different things going on. In some segments there have only been 3 sales in the past 6 months from 900-1.2M whereas in other segments from 400-600k there have been 52 sales in the same time frame. How many buyers are out there for your specific Home? It's a good question that is more complex, especially in an upward adjusting market. In some respects there are more sales, but the price Increases themselves aren't SIGNIFICANT, again depending on specific neighborhoods, for more insight into your situation feel free to drop me a line.
