We're just starting to see a bit of a surge in this price point lately with activity, showings, offers etc...the good homes in this market are starting to move, and more than that are selling at moderate pricing. this is the test of a spring market in the next 3-5 weeks for sure. Get ready Calgary, the next little while will see more sales, pricing increases, and more competing offers with less than 3500 listings on the market...get em while theyre hot!
