Little bit busy certainly in some Neighbourhoods in Calgary

I had a whole day set up for Clients, but two properties went conditionally sold, and a few others didn't want showings.  Certainly tough to sell a home if you can't show it Sellers!  That being said we are seing these segments of the market busier.  Even with Anecdotal evidence about multiple offers etc...Buyers' former expectations of even 6 months ago where you could take advantage of some scenarios, just simply isn't the case.  All too often lately I've seen parts of the market, where a buyer says "Hey That 4 level split we saw...where did it go?"  Well truth is it's sold.  Typical of spring market right now.  If you are priced well...and you show well, you should sell.  The market will support your pricing or not-so-much.  In cases where location, price or showability, isn't congruent with the market, then the market will speak to you certainly.
