Writing Competing Offers in Calgary

There is a strategy to writing competing offers that perhaps some people don't employ. If you have a realtor without one, or the ability to really tell a buyer what aa place is really worth, that doesn't just include going higher and higher in price point, then re-think your options. I don't lose out on a lot of them, but not out of dumb luck. For those realtors who weren't practicing real estate in 2006 or 2007 this must be very new for you.
