Beautiful Chinook condition always start to see people get outside

Even in Calgarys REAL ESTATE Market, we are affected by the weather, when its nice we see people get that " feeling" they are starting to think about making a change, bigger, smaller, newer etc...when the temps are -20C like we saw in December, evyone goes into hibernation, but when the Chinooks hit, there's always a bit of an increase in overall activity.
