Tremendous activity in the last week

Typically we measure what the market is Doing based on what Dayla and I are seeing in the market, meaning that if we are experiencing something, likely so is every other realtor in the city.  We work hard every day certainly, but some days are busier than others.  In the past few days we've had 2 different sets of competing offers on listings, a handful of possessions for Sellers and Buyers, and some of our buyers are getting into multiple offer scenarios as well, in all areas of the city.  The one thing we are noticing, is that if something is priced well, it's typically getting activity especially with Top NOtch photography, thanks to our Friends at OBEO and Robin's suggestions when it comes to Staging Tip's n' Tricks.  Our market has to be broken down in segments to really understand what's going on in your neck of the woods.  Call for some insight today!
